Box of Golf®, Inc. retains national representation for product line

Easthampton, MA – Robert A. Labrie, owner of Box of Golf®, Inc., announced on Tuesday, 1/11/05, that he has named Mary Cruickshank as President of Box of Golf®, Inc. This change comes as increasing demands on his time have made it more difficult to effectively serve as the company’s President.

Cruickshank has been with Box of Golf®, Inc. since its inception in July, 2002. Previously serving as General Manager, she has been deeply involved with all aspects of the business including product design, patents and copyrights, marketing, sales, distribution, manufacturing based out of the Easthampton facility, as well as containers coming from the Orient, and shipping throughout the world.

Until the third quarter of 2004, Box of Golf®, Inc. focused primarily on manufacturing to effectively accommodate different price points based on knowledge gained from the marketplace. Within the last three months, over 75 independent sales representatives throughout the United States have been secured. Distribution has also begun in the United Kingdom, Canada and Finland.

In 2004, Box of Golf®, Inc. received numerous awards and accolades for its product line, including Toy of the Year Award, Best of Show at the PGA Merchandise Show, the PGA Tour Partners Seal of Approval and winner of the Inventor’s Contest at the Toy & Game Inventor’s Forum.

For 2005, plans begin with national distribution in the gift industry, including expanding the approved vendor status beyond Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Nevada Bob’s and Target.com. The Box of Golf® product line is permanently displayed in showrooms based in Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles and Columbus, OH. This month, these permanent showrooms are having their primary gift show for the gift industry. The product line will also be shown at the San Francisco Gift Show and the New York City Gift Show.

Targeted also for 2005 is the corporate gift giving and incentive market. Due to the ability to personalize the product either with a brass plaque or a more detailed customization of a specific golf course, Box of Golf® can make the most unique and prestigious gift or prize for a corporation to give.

Box of Golf® will also be on display during the largest golf industry trade show, the 2005 PGA Merchandise Show and at the Golf Industry Show whose attendees are the members of the National Golf Course Owners Association.

By combining luck and strategy, Box of Golf® duplicates the real game of golf to appeal to all ages.
