Mid-South Golfer magazine
While at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, FL in January Mid-South Golfer Magazine searched high and low for anything new or unusual. Best Golf Game or Novelty Item
Not just another golf shirt... this is special.
While at the show we were determined to find the best golf game or novelty item that could be enjoyed by avid golfers or given as a gift. To be honest there were not many quality items to choose from, but when we saw Box of Golf we knew we had found a great product. This game was invented by a truck driver named Stefan Barry to pass the time spent waiting between calls. It was later “discovered” and refined by Robert Labrie whose company, Box of Golf, offers several versions of the high-end board game. Course owners can even have a custom version made of their own golf course, or players can match wits over the infamous Old Course at St Andrews. This game can get as intense as the real thing, especially if wagering is involved.
